This month, our team took part in a Virtual Dementia Experience refresher course. We were also able to offer some spaces up to members of our staffs family & the warden of HomeHolly House. This powerful training helps us better understand what it's like to live with dementia. 

For our service users, this means more empathetic, patient, and personalised care. By seeing the world from their perspective, we can better support their daily routines, reduce anxiety, and create a calmer, more understanding environment.
